We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was close to the train station, making it easy for us to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and spoke reasonable English. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

The position of this hotel was excellent, straight over the bridge from Trouville to Deauville, 5 mins walk to deauvulle beach, shopping, and close to some very nice restaurants, 20 mins walk to Trouville beach (beacuse there is so much to look at on the way)The staff were excellent and made good recommendations and let me practise my french, we would definately stay there again

Room was right beside a very bright street lamp, which illuminated the room all night--this would not apply to other rooms.

We loved the location location location !! The hotel is in the middle of the enchanted city of Deauville. The price is excellent for what you get, which is a clean comfortable room with a natural-lighted big bathroom. Nice bed, sheets and pillows. A flat TV screen. Free Wi-Fi. What more could you ask for € 74 per night? A real treat: go for it!

A slight and particluar smell when you first enter the room, but it's just a matter of opening up the windows and let some fresh air in.

This hotel in Deauville was a great find! the location was perfect - right in the center and close to the train station and port. It made exploring the city so convenient! Secondly, the room itself was a pleasant surprise. It had two bedrooms, which was perfect for our group, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Lastly, breakfast was included in the rate and it was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The staff was always pleasant. There was someone at the reception 24hrs. They asked us to leave the key at the front desk everytime we stepped out which guaranteed I wouldn't lose it! There was wi-fi! Great location to shopping, restaurants, the train station in town, and the beach.

The bed was not that comfortable. Low to the ground and very few pillows.

I could not be offensive about a stay at such a pleasant hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

The downside is the location on an exceptionally busy and noisy main road. I would in future hope to stay in Room 206 on a quieter street rather than 205 which is on the noisy side. The solution was to firmly close the windows but that means closing out the fresh air.

The hotel had a great location, with free parking nearby and in close proximity to restaurants and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our city trip. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. We were informed that breakfast would be available early in the morning, but the croissants and baguettes didn't arrive until after 7 a.m.

A road each side of hotel. Very noisy during the night if you have the window open(there is no aircon and it was hot).

The location is central and so perhaps some noise is to be expected. Staff were very helpful and street parking easy.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the center of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the bonus of having two separate bedrooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service during our stay.

No major complaints, everything was just fine.

Its in a great location making accessing the horse racing very easy.

It did not have any tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location, lots of free parking, fabulous staff, low prices, as good as it gets. They have no restaurant but there are lots of them around so its not a problem.
